We hired this carpenter for several custom projects in our newly built home, including a complex shiplap ceiling, shiplap accent walls, and a custom shelving unit above our desk. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. He and his assistant are extremely reliable — they show up when they say they will and work hard while on site. They are also very trustworthy. After working with them for a short time, we felt comfortable giving them access to our house when we weren’t there, which says a lot. What really stood out was their commitment to getting things perfect. Our ceiling design required careful planning and problem-solving to maintain a symmetrical pattern in a space that wasn’t perfectly rectangular. They thoughtfully worked through the angles and layout, recutting pieces several times until everything looked exactly right, without charging extra. He is not the cheapest carpenter, and he is upfront about that. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would have. Mike, and his wife Dea, couldn't have done better. They did a complete renovation on my master bathroom. They arrive on the day and time that they said. I asked a ton of questions and they were always happy to answer. They worked with me on any decisions that needed to be made. Mike is outstanding! We’ve had nothing but phenomenal experiences with him.
